Becoming is an exclusive online boutique located in the British Virgin Islands.

What are your operational hours?

Becoming is open for orders, calls and inquiries on Mondays - Saturdays (9am to 6pm).

Do you guys deliver internationally?

We are only delivering orders within the BVI at the moment. All of our Virgin Gorda orders are delivered on the same day or next business day. Ferry pick-up options are available for our neighboring islands for a small shipping fee at their respective docks. Confirm pick-ups and check for eligibility for hand delivery on the neighboring islands by contacting us at 284-499-9013.

How do I place an order?

PayPal, ATHMovil and Cash On Delivery (COD) are options available at check out. If you would like to coordinate a different form of payment, you can contact us for further details at 284-499-9013.

What if I cannot pay for my items now? Is layaway an option?

At Becoming, our main concern is to satisfy our customers with their order. We cannot accommodate shoppers who prefer delivery with a nonpayment method as that is not a method that we use. If you cannot afford the products or services now, you can always revisit the site and make purchase when it is more convenient for you.

How long do an order take to be processed?

Orders are processed and delivered the same or next business day. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, orders may be delayed 2-3 business days. Additionally, we will inform you if there are any significant delays in your shipment if this occurs. 

What should I do once I’ve received my order?

Yay! Thank you for your purchase. We cannot wait to hear about your experience with us. Please confirm delivery and leave us a review to be featured on our LookBook Page. When this is completed, you’ll receive exclusive rewards towards your next order and more when you refer a friend. So, what are you waiting for? 

Can I get a refund or exchange my order?

All online orders are at their final sale price therefore we do not issue refunds once it’s confirmed, processed and delivered. 

Only unless it is a case where there is a technical problem and we cannot help you to resolve the matter. We will, however, allow you to exchange your item for a different size of the same item once it’s available. Store credit is also an option to ensure that you receive a better experience next time.

What happens when I create an account?

When you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentially of your account and password. We respect your privacy. Therefore, any and all the information collected on this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, disclosed, or loaned! Any information you provide will be held with the utmost care and will not be used in ways that you have not consented to. 

Any personal information such as your name, phone number, address, e-mail address, products purchased, etc, obtained through Becoming is private, and is maintained by Becoming in a secure and protected environment, and will never be released to any third party.
